ArcaniumGetting USDC on Arc
Everything on Arcanium is denominated in USDC held on the Arc network. That one balance covers gas, optional first buys, and trades.
Start with USDC anywhere
You first need USDC on a chain Arcanium can bridge from — there are eleven, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, OP Mainnet, Polygon and Avalanche. If you have none yet, buy USDC on an exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, and others) and withdraw it on whichever of those networks is cheapest for you.
Bridge it here
Use the Bridge. It runs on Circle's CCTP, so your USDC is burned on the source chain and native USDC is minted to you on Arc, one for one — nothing is wrapped and Arcanium never holds it. Arriving needs no Arc gas: the claim is relayed for you, which is what makes this work when Arc is a network you have never touched.

How much you need
- Enough USDC for an optional first buy — launching itself is free (gas only).
- A little extra for gas — on Arc, gas is paid in that same USDC.
